What’s the difference in Wedding Planner versus Venue Coordinator?

The venue coordinator represents the property with their primary goal to ensure the venue runs smoothly. A wedding planner, on the other hand, works for “the couple” and handles everything from the very first stages of planning and design all the way through the wedding day. Your venue coordinator may facilitate all the things specifically to the venue: set up times, serving the meal, bathrooms, room layout, cleaning crew, etc. focusing solely on the venue; whereas, a wedding planner oversees the entire wedding experience from start to finish.

What is your pricing structure?

All packages are customized with pricings based on your specific needs, number of guests, location of ceremony/reception, services provided, etc. Our starting point for a package is $800 and would love to schedule you a free consultation to discuss your vision!
